We know a company’s first success factor is the quality of its management team and it is the first criteria in our investment decision. We entrust managers with taking business decisions.

We have an in-depth knowledge of what a shareholder must bring in this decision process: to formulate a clear and coherent orientation/direction, to carry out logical and impartial analysis when facing complex issues, but also to act as a sounding board for new ideas, to give advice or to share intelligence from our business relationship network.

This entails board membership and a great availability to support the management team during critical phases and to know the company inside out.

In general two partners of the Orkos Capital team are in charge of following a given investment.
